‘1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology
2. Overall 6 to 8 years of IT software & application industry experience with at least last 4 years of experience in business analyst area
3. Atleast 3 year of experience as RPA business analyst, preferably on UiPath platform
4. Previous experience gathering and working through business requirements with end users
5. Understanding of workflow based logic and conceptualize it as an automated solution
6. Ability to interact with business SMEs on behalf of project teams and the RPA team in general.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to provide clear explanations and overviews to others (internal and external) of their work efforts
8. Team player that is able to successfully manage multiple activities, assess priorities and achieve solutions under tight deadlines for themselves
9. Strong influential and negotiation skills
10. Proficient in Excel, Visio and Workflow Tool
