Job Description Should have experience in Risk and Control Good exposure in Service Now/JIRA/Service manager ,Archer, Opensource tools Perform assessments for assigned requests and provide documented approval / denial / control-gap assessment Provide weekly metrics highlighting counts of tickets assigned to SRM against the number of which were handled and or resolved Year-to-Date visualization of tickets per category and sub-category of accesses and permissions reviewed by SRM Weekly dashboard of status of tickets in SRM queue.
