What we are looking for:
Manage the overall RCSA program to include planning, scheduling, reporting, and tracking overall program progress. Lead each RCSA review; assess stakeholder involvement, set expectations, schedule sessions, facilitate discussion, track evidence requests, document results, socialize findings, finalize all program documentation, document corrective action plans, load resulting materials into Archer.
Must-Have:
Engage process owners to assess process risks and compliance to corporate information risk controls. Review provided evidence as well as other evidence sources (e.g. incidents, audit reports, existing corrective action plans, etc).
Plan working sessions and their agendas to facilitate contextual risk discussions based on evidence and research findings
Document working session results and interpret the discussion to identify risks within the process. Document findings and recommendations.
Socialize assessment results and facilitate closing stakeholder review(s). Obtain approvals.
Document corrective action plans. Build corrective action plan milestones (see next role)
Log all resulting materials into Archer.
Minimum Qualification:
15 years of full-time education
Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
