Analyst & Senior Analyst JD: To Process customer payments and invoices in a timely manner. To Assist in monthly account reconciliations and general ledger activities. To Oversee billings, credit adjustments, and refunds on monthly basis. To work with cross-functional teams in resolving financial and revenue related issues. To perform revenue analysis, calculations and reporting on monthly basis. To develop new strategies to improve accuracy and timeliness of revenue management. To determine monthly revenue forecast and identify revenue opportunities. To determine and review revenue numbers with management on monthly basis. To develop internal finance controls based on industry best practices. To provide assistance to other Analysts and conduct job trainings when required. To develop revenue recognition policies and revenue generation standards. Candidate Specifications: Looking for candidates with experience in spearheading Process Operations entailing Customer Experience, Dispute management, Customer Onboarding, Service Provisioning, Customer Billing, Revenue Assurance, Retentions, Collection Monitoring and Commission Management, from Telecom background Excellent communication skills to handle escalations and client management skills.
