In addition to the traditional banking services, they have helped thousands of businesses automate their accounting and manage their expenses. They aim to continue redefining the way SMEs and startups bank as well as deliver a seamless business banking experience.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
Understanding of basic accounting principles and credit practices.
Handling Revenue accounting, Invoicing and reconciliation of the same with the books of account
Recording the financial transactions, preparing and posting monthly journals.
Downloading bank statements and Reconcile bank statements.
Preparing the Fixed asset register and managing the fixed assets of the company.
Preparing and reconciling of GST returns along with managing GST refunds/payments.
Owning Bank Management process which includes onboarding new banks, maintaining bank databases and holding good relationships with respective relationship managers of banks.
Preparing Vendor Database and handling other Vendor related activities
Managing multiple tasks and adhere to specific timelines.
Other support functions to the finance team on an impromptu basis.
The Profile
You have at least a Degree from a top-tier institute.
You have 0-3 years of work experience, in Ecommerce or Payment Gateway, and 1 year experience as a Team Leader
Having experience in customer communication platform/chat process will be an added advantage
You have good knowledge of Fixed Assets, Accruals & Prepayments, Reconciliations, GST returns.
You are efficient to work on Tally.
You possess excellent written, verbal communication and problem solving skills.
You have a quick and proactive solution driven approach for contingencies and ability to work independently
You are skilful in finding innovative and interesting ways to bring more efficiency and effectiveness in communication with users.
You possess the ability to identify, engage and retain talent, hire and develop strong teams by building a culture of high performance.
You are able to connect with team, drive performance, leading by example and managing conflicts.
