Job Description :
Responsible for supervision & maintenance of books of accounts for the entire Region.
Co-ordination with Branch Accountants / franchisees falling under the Region so as to ensure that data entry of all accounting transactions are made on time and accurately.
Preparation of monthly profit and loss for the branches, franchisee locations & for the Region, comparing with the budget & analyzing reasons for variations .
Submission of timely and accurate MIS reports to HO
Preparation of monthly and daily cash flows for the region and monitoring & planning for vendor payments , BA commission etc.
Monitoring collections from customers and supporting Regional Managers with accurate report on debtors agewise outstanding.
Co-ordination with Regional Managers / Branch Managers and Branch Accountants for obtaining balance confirmation from customers and for TDS certificates
Co-ordinating with Franchisees and obtaining from them confirmation on franchise reconciliation statement.
Co-ordinating with HO for day to day accounting and statutory audit requirements.
Co-ordinating with internal auditors for replying internal audit queries & ensuring that rectification action is taken on the same.
