Build and run an end to end recruiting practice
Mentor, manage and train junior recruiters
The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and closing senior technical positions.
Identify potential sources to create a robust network of talent that can be reached as needed
Formulate a strategy of reaching out to targeted candidate pools using different mediums available such as– Job Boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
The candidate will be responsible for campus hiring for fresh engineering/computer science graduates
This will involve building relationships with good colleges
Leading the interview and screening process
Setting up interviews with the technical team
Work with the HR team for smooth onboarding and training
The candidate will also create a long-term plan to have campus drives on a quarterly or yearly basis

Eligibility

Skills and requirements
5+ years of experience in hands-on IT recruitment and managing a team
Ability to work on Niche skills in technical recruitment like – DevOps engineer, Kubernetes Engineer, Delphi Developer, etc.
Campus recruitment experience
Ability to manage key relationships with colleges and key stakeholders
Good experience working with different ATS, recruitment, and CRM tools Behavioral Attributes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lead and manage multiple resources
Strong passion for recruitment and growth in the industry
Ability to work under pressure and think out of the box
