Job Description- 1) Experience in Recruitment & Staffing. 2) Experience of end- end Recruitment dealing with IT/Ecommerce Client 3) Should have experience on working with Portals.
Required Skill Set- Excellent communication skills • Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment. • Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies • Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. • Build a strong talent pipeline • Should have used various Portals ( Naukri/ Monster) & Boolean Search.

Experience : 3-7 years.
Age: Below 28 if not married and below 32 if married.
