Job Location :- BTM Layout – Bangalore

We are looking for Front office cum Personal secretary to Director.
We need a candidate who is a graduate and has completed their school level / matriculation in ICSE / CBSE Board.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) / internet skills / computer skills
Can be someone with 2 to 3 years experience in relevant field
Good in communication – English and kannada is must
Responsibilities were as below:

  • Responsible for Handling Front Desk role
  • Meeting and conference arrangement and confirmation
  • MIS Reporting
  • Anticipating needs and wants in daily operations and preparing accordingly
  • Handling general correspondence (email, phone calls, Skype) as independently as possible
  • Handling operational tasks including mail, office supplies etc.
  • Keeping the records of meetings
  • Delegating work in his absence
  • Taking action points and writing minutes
  • Diary management
