JOB DESCRIPTION:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Experience with 3-7 Yrs in Salesforce Admin.
• Support Salesforce migration project across multiple Salesforce instances
• Manage automations within Salesforce to ensure processes continue to function as designed, and implement new automation changes and requests
• Responsible for new Salesforce user set up, customization, and training
• Lead individual user troubleshooting across Sales organization
• Ownership of Salesforce field data, including new Salesforce field and data request submissions from Sales, and ensuring data accuracy
• Oversee and monitor data sync processes from other tools, and configure 3rd party integrations/tools
• Assist with ad-hoc Sales go-to-market projects that require Salesforce work, including mass data uploads
• Create Salesforce dashboards and reports to allow for data driven decisions
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
A commitment to using good judgement
• Excellent with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
• Salesforce Administration Certification
• Experience using data loader or another third-party tool for bulk import/export in and out of Salesforce
• Understanding of sales processes and systems
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail
• Good work ethic and experience working as part of a team
