Cross sell & Assets Ensure Accuracy in MIS Published3. Preparing PPT for region which is presented to Senior Management Ensure proper PPT prepared & data to be accurate.Coordinate with Product & Business Head for Liability Budgeting Process Involved in liability budgeting process for the South2. Coordinate with Product team, Fincon & CH/Circleheads/Zonal heads for Budget Preparation.Major actionable of the JR 6Cost to Income or Profitability analysis of all branches in the region Monitor branches with exceptional cost incurred which hits branch Profitability. Also highlight the Branches which are tentative to Break even thus pushing them to give an extra effort for same.Selected New Branches opened from & Month tracking of performance on all major business parameters Ensure Accuracy in MIS Published & all branches meet plan in all major parameterDo analysis of on initiatives as and when required. Ensure Accuracy in MIS Published & proper follow doneAudits/Branch operations Ensure audit checks/responses (SAMSA, large value Transactions, Dishonour of Cheque, Updation in Form 60/61 utility tracker, Branch Manager Certification) are completed by Branch .On time support to Branch on the process wherever required.As a BBH coordinator has been instrumental in proactively taking steps to monitor critical MIS on Efficiency Parameters viz., Depletion, Activation, AOF Exception, DP Instructions FTNR and Tracking Fresh Liability Leads.
