QA Architect Job For 9-16 Year Exp In Talent 21 Management and Shared Services Private Limited Pune – 1475756

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build/enhance automation libraries and solutions.
Write high quality, efficient, readable and maintainable code.
Continuously evaluate and identify ways to improve the product quality bar.
Mentor fellow QA team members.
Keep track of emerging tools, practices and trends and introduces them across teams.
Collects and analyses test metrics and applies appropriate corrective actions.
Work within and across several teams to promote QA processes, practices and standardization.
Should be able to pro-actively identify, track and mitigate risks to the product quality.
Perform code reviews of team members.
DESIRED SKILLS:
10+ years of programming experience in C# and / or JavaScript.
6+ years of C# experience is mandatory.
3+ years experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
Experience with testing Web & Mobile Apps and RESTful APIs.
Must have deep experience in building test automation tools and solutions.
Must have good understanding of latest web and backend technologies.
Experience with defect tracking / management software like JIRA.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
SECONDARY SKILLS:
Exposure to .NET Core.
Hand-on experience on Performance and Security testing.
Experience with Continuous Integration using Jenkins and Git.
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services.
Exposure to Docker and/or Kubernetes.
