Your Role as Python Lead
As a Python Lead – Solutions you will be responsible for:
Managing end to end delivery of projects, measuring and adhering to defined TATs
Allocation of resources and people management
Cross team collaboration (QA, Platform and Delivery) to ensure project implementation
Strengthen and continue to evolve the organization’s culture
Understanding of accessibility and security compliance
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Requirement
5- 7 years’ experience in Python Django Framework.
Experience as Full stack developer.
Should have experience worked on Django Channels.
Should have worked on a complete product lifecycle including deployment.
Possess good technical skills on python including best practices such as modular coding, design aspects, error handling etc.
Familiarity in estimation technique, agile model and good understanding of SDLC
Experience working in AWS or Digital Ocean.
Should be able to code with HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Bootstrap.
Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapping) libraries.
Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python along with knowledge of web sockets.
Good experience with logging and reporting systems (ELK stack, Splunk, Datadog etc)
A strong desire to learn, teach, document and practice new skills is a must.
Outstanding communication skills (Written and Verbal) .
