Job Description: Educational Qualification and Experience:
• PhD in Economics
• Must have at least 10 years of overall working experience at international / national / sub-national level in public financial management (PFM) areas.
• Must have sound knowledge, understanding, and working experience on government budgeting, accounting and treasury systems.
• Must have good knowledge and understanding of business processes of public cash and debt management.
• Must have good knowledge and understanding in public expenditure management (PEM) at National /Sub-National Level.
• Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of public expenditure, treasury, cash and debt-management at sub-national level in India.
• Higher educational qualifications, and additional working experience will be given additional weightage.
Key Skills: Duration of the Project:
• Total Man months – 18over 24 months
• Minimum days in field per month in Jaipur – full time for 18 months at Jaipur
