Key Responsibilities:
Review all incoming projects to make sure they follow the basic structure for the designer to create the graphic design.
– Are the project instructions clear and is the design doable
– Are all of the files/images attached that need to be used for the design
– Will the design be completed in 1 day
Based on the review assessment, send a message to the client if there is any clarification needed or if the project may take longer than expected, so the client is aware.
For the projects that meet the criteria, mark them as reviewed so the designer can work on it, if it does not meet the criteria then send a message to the Account manager for the client that there is a project that needs information.
Continue to evaluate all projects based on the criteria and inform the appropriate teams of Account Manager, QA, and CSR to make sure everyone is aware of any situation.
Compile reports on a daily basis on how many projects were reviewed to start and how many that needed additional information.
Key Qualifications:
Must have 2 years minimum of relevant experience with an understanding of Graphic Design
Customer and task-oriented with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication both oral and written skills
Highly proficient in the English Language
Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve customer issues
Ability to maintain professionalism and be able to meet the deadlines under stressful tasks
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
