• More than 3 years’ experience working on IT services/consulting proposals for global customers, especially for the US and UK markets.
• Understand customer requirement in detail, ask relevant questions to get all information required to create a complete & relevant proposal.
• Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs)/customer requirement.
• Formulating a comprehensive approach and win-theme for proposals.
• Liaison with different teams within company for developing client centric proposals, consisting of business and technology solution.
• Develops proposal by collecting information including project nature, objectives, scope, implementation methodology, schedule, staffing, budget, project risks, inclusions & exclusions etc.
• Should be able to effectively estimate effort and schedule for the potential opportunities
• Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering.
• Should have experience working on proposals for software development and support services
• Designing and creating marketing collateral, sales kit, customer presentations etc.
• Create effective presentations, value propositions and sales tools for the sales team
• Excellent Verbal & Written English communication skills.
