Project Technical Support Senior Representative & Working Team Leader
Reporting into the Service and Technical Manager and functionally to the System Integration Services Quality and Continuous improvement Manager, in this role you will be you will be responsible for managing operational and support activities assigned to Budapest System Integration Services (SIS) Project technical support in following areas:
Project execution:

  • Maintaining Project charter data (sync with local ERP)
  • Projects report generation
  • Support revenue forecast calculation

Documentation management:

  • Documentation approval and comments follow-up with customer, internal and external suppliers
  • Project team certificates and access info coordination (EHS, IDs)

Design and Bid

  • Preparation for Hand-over to execution team.
  • Technical support for bid design: request for quotation from internal/external supplies
  • ERP C360 data quality assessment for SIS Opportunity pipeline

You will also coordinate details of support activity with corresponding Project Manager and/or Design and Bid team member.
Your key deliverables:

  • Project charter weekly update for financials (ERP sync), scope status (PM input), documentation, schedule and EHS
  • Monitor team utilisation rate and productive hours imputation for project execution team (PM, Engineering)
  • Provide weekly visibility of tasks status, Projects risk and opportunities and team utilisation to Quality and CI Manager
  • Project documentation traceability (SIS Document Management System update) and internal/external distribution (including customer portal update when needed)
  • Project documentation may include technical information (drawings, test results), financial docs (invoices, payment applications) and other administrative documents (training certificates, IDs, EHS audit reports)
  • Customer Project report and manuals compilation (Operation & manual, Safety instructions, FMEA)
  • Work breakdown structure definition for opportunities (baseline for hand-over form) early enough in opportunity development process within Design and Bid team
  • Hand-over form preparation to support Sales team (Country Sales Organisation), Design and Bid engineer and assigned Project Manager
  • Support Bid and design team to have visibility on ERP over the tender backlog and incoming opportunity pipeline
  • Enable productive and motivating working environment for the team members
  • Actively manage competence portfolio within the team and design personal development plans accordingly
  • Provide visibility of challenges and possible solutions within the team
  • Proactively manage team workload balancing within team members
  • Drive continuous improvement culture within the team based on quantifiable performance

Qualifications
Are you

  • Educated at bachelor’s degree or having any relevant education within technical field
  • Coming with at least 5 years of experience in project support team, plus 2 to 3 years in leading projects/teams
  • Proficient with computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products and ERP systems, and able to quickly learn new systems and software
  • Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language
  • Strongly organized, with outstanding communication and leadership skills (team motivation and performance culture)
  • Having a structured approach to problem solving and performance monitoring
  • Advanced level in English language
