Experience:5-8 years in managing a team and developing Software
Should possess a good knowledge of the client’s operations and insurance programs.

Education:Any graduation, preferablyIT/CS.

• Experience planning and managing software development and maintenance projects
• Very good communication skills
• Deliver the project plan to scope, timescales and budget by tracking all activities against
• Plan and actual costs against budget • Resource Allocation and Management • Develop and maintain project metrics and dashboards • Project schedule and Tracking using tracking tool. • Manage Risk and Issues logs with mitigation plan • Timely communication with all stakeholders about the status of the projects • Manage and trace requirements and scope creep • Timely invoicing of the project milestones and vendor management. • People management – KPI setting, Performance appraisal, motivation, training etc. • Possess a good knowledge of the client’s operations and insurance programs.
