Essential Responsibilities:
To be responsible for the planning, overall direction, coordination, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, strict deadlines and budget compliance.

  • Lead the planning and development of projects from beginning to end for software domains
  • Perform the role of project analyst and coordinator for key deliverables of large-scale projects sponsored and managed from the BU Digital Cockpit
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables for projects
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Coordinate project staff
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Quality assurance
  • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Create reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Interface directly with various stakeholders/internal/external customers for planning/coordination/status reporting/escalation management etc.

Basic Qualifications:
Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required or related consulting experience
  • Qualification in project management or equivalent
  • Agile development experience.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity
  • Proven experience in people management
  • Proven experience in strategic planning
  • Proven experience in risk management
  • Proven experience in change management
  • Proficient in project management software
  • Excellent written and verbal American/European English skills
