Roles and Responsibility Overall coordination and management of UT and District team in planning, execution and reporting of activities for SANKALP and any other UT / Central Govt. funded Project for skill Development in the UT.
Monitoring the implementation and progress of different skill development projects and identifying issues for course correction.
Developing proposal and Concept note.
Networking and partnership building Strategy Development Research and MIS management Administrative support to the PSDS
Requirements
Essential QualificationAt least MBA / Post-Graduate in similar fields, in regular mode, from recognized institute having 60% (Minimum) throughout the academic career. Desirable: 1. Strong English writing and oral communication skills, 2. Programme designing and management Skill, 3. Analytical, negotiating and management skills, 4. Computer skill 5. Knowledge of regional Tamil language to Read/Write/Speak fluently.
Relevant Experience (preferable)Minimum 10 years of working experience in Skill Development, Career Guidance, Counselling and Placement drives, Industry-Skill linkage, Women empowerment, disadvantaged groups empowerment. Should have experience in holding Leadership position in development sector and must have worked with Skill Development programmes of either UT / Central Governments funded projects and NGOs. Also incumbent should have through knowledge about the UT of Puducherry. (especially in Education / Skill Sector)
