Job Description
Responsibilities:
Technical Lead / Project Manager for a production support account based on 24×7 model.
Manages and appropriately escalates: Incidents & Changes, technical issues that require attention.
Analysis of workload & technical problem areas and ability to create heat map & reports.
Assigns and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring on-time completion of milestones.
Creates documentation, communication plans, process training, etc.
Possesses high-level understanding in the areas of Enterprise Applications, application servers & related technologies.
Must Possess knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems with fair understanding of SQL, Scheduled Tasks, SFTP and monitoring tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager & Nagios.
Understands, tracks and articulates issues/ risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate stakeholders as needed
Qualifications:
2-3+ years of Technical Project Manager experience with demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, artifacts and tools
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to coordinate with global teams
Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work.
