Job Requirements:
IT Project ManagerPMP / Prince2 Certified. Added advantage if CSM/PSM certified.
• Scale of projects – Project Manager will lead projects of small to medium scale.
• Type of projects – Projects may be Waterfall or Agile in nature.
• Complexity of projects – Project Manager will lead projects of low to medium complexity and also be required to support the management of large projects and/or manage one or more project workstreams (sub- projects) with some level of complexity and scope.
• Concurrency of projects – Project Manager will lead a number of projects depending upon the complexity and scale; typically, 3-6 projects.
• Diversity of stakeholder management – The Project Manager must devise a stakeholder management strategy to perform effective stakeholder management for a range of people ranging from level 4 executives through to level 8 engineers.
•Reporting – The project manager has to ensure regular & timely reporting of all projects & at times required to have adhoc reports to be presented at management level.
• Budget – Project Manager needs to consolidate, control & track the project costs continuously during the project execution. This role also may need to work with the budget owner.
• This position has no direct reports.
