Job Description Who are we looking for An Integration developer for one of our biggest client’s in Insurance domain. Technical Skills: Minimum10years of experience in design and development ofIntegration/Web/Distributed/ Mobileapplications with at least3years working ondevelopingmicroservices applications Must possess good experienceSpring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful services, Kafka, Swagger, Docker, Kubernetes technologies Must possess experience working on logging frameworks like Splunk or ELK (ElasticsearchLogstash and Kibana) Must have good understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI) and Continuous Deployment processes. Must possess good experience indesigningapplications on containers, micro-services, API orchestration with their eventual deployment on cloud. Exposure in any of the cloud solution architecture likeGCP/AWS /Microsoft Azure will be an added benefit Process Skills: Must have ability to understand the requirementsand develop work products accordingly Create High Level and Low-Level Design documentfor the project Ability to guide the team on technical aspects Review work products developed by team Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams in dynamic and complex environment Behavioral Skills : Strong analytical skills Ability to collaborate Adaptability Excellent communication skills Innovation, Inquisitive mind, endless curiosity, and passion for learning about customers, industries, and new approaches to doing things, how end users perform their jobs, industry challenges and solutions.
