Job Summary
AECOM is seeking applicants for the position of Project Coordinator for one of the mega healthcare projects based in the eastern Indian state of Odisha. The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of working experience in Central / State governments or PSUs preferably in an administrative role requiring extensive stakeholder coordination. The job responsibilities include but not limited to the following-
- Assist the team with hospital planning, policy and strategic planning, and regulatory framework development for SCB Hospital & Medical College which includes coordinating and following up on related daily activities.
- Provide analysis and technical assistance in healthcare planning and policy activities.
- Support data collection, management and day to day coordination among all stakeholders (especially government departments / offices).
- Ensure that the process for obtaining the aforesaid approvals and the schedule for the same is well defined.
- Ensure that the schedule, at all times, appropriately reflects the progress made in this regard and progress possible with the available resources.
- Provide technical knowledge and support in capacity building and developing the capacity of the project counterparts within the healthcare sector.
- Provide support in modifying and implementing the governing documents among stakeholder departments, and in developing the regulatory framework of SCB.
- Partner with healthcare stakeholders to successfully develop and implement project activities
- Support the development of annual and quarterly performance reports, annual workplans, and report on the MCI’s performance indicators.
- Any other identical tasks assigned by respective supervisor/s from time to time
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in Central / State governments or PSUs preferably in an administrative role requiring extensive stakeholder coordination
- Should have had at least 5 years of experience in coordination for approvals and projects across various departments / ministries.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in similar projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
