Job Description :
The preferred candidate for the IT Project Coordinator position will be highly organized and be proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio:

  • Timeline and resource scheduling in MS Project
  • Make minor changes to MS Project based on input specifcs provided
  • Organize Outlook personal views and performs basic email concepts
  • Date entry with Excel; modifying workbooks, formats a worksheet, and use printing functions
  • Presenting slide shows with PowerPoint
  • Word processing in MS Word such as informal reports and meeting minutes
  • MS Word for basic formatting, editing, printing functions, and understands the document page setup
  • Able to make minor modifications to existing Visio documents
