Job Description :
The preferred candidate for the IT Project Coordinator position will be highly organized and be proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Visio:
- Timeline and resource scheduling in MS Project
- Make minor changes to MS Project based on input specifcs provided
- Organize Outlook personal views and performs basic email concepts
- Date entry with Excel; modifying workbooks, formats a worksheet, and use printing functions
- Presenting slide shows with PowerPoint
- Word processing in MS Word such as informal reports and meeting minutes
- MS Word for basic formatting, editing, printing functions, and understands the document page setup
- Able to make minor modifications to existing Visio documents
