Job Description :
Amazon is looking for a Program Manager, the candidate will work closely with program to primarily execute test plans and test cases per requirements and design in a manual testing environment across all functional areas of our products. The candidate will also work closely with product SME and produce testing and validation reports before the product is used for Production environment

Responsibilities:
. Analyze users stories and use cases for validity and feasibility
. Gather and understand the requirements (Features/Bugs) from Program team
. Write test cases for the new feature, software bugs, modifying and maintaining the existing test cases.
. Execute test plans and test cases per requirements and design in a manual testing environment across all functional areas of our products.
. Be proactive in identifying issues, deep dive, troubleshoot, and communicate to relevant stakeholders. Provide status reports, and escalate when necessary. Collaborate with the Program and Development teams to report bugs and troubleshoot issues.
. Focus more on Functional testing which includes:
o Regression Testing
o User Acceptance Testing
o Smoke Testing
. Sanity testing after each deployment to ensure the fixes are working successfully
. Maintain Lesson Learnt documents (based on testing inputs from previous project)
. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Basic Qualifications :
. Should have minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in testing environment
. Execute test plans and drive them to completion
. Repots bugs and errors to the SME and stakeholders.
. Excellent communication skills. Communication skills – ability to communicate efficiently (written and spoken) in English.
. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple plain stories. Ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data.
. Ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
. Ability to engage with cross-functional teams for implementation of project and program requirements.
Preferred Qualifications :
. Knowledge in SDLC, Software testing life cycle
. Understanding of defect life cycle and exposure to defect management
. Experience in manual and automation testing
