As a Program Manager in the COO’s office, you will be responsible for initiating and driving organization-wide projects to closure. Your charter would cover project management, program support, MIS & Analytics, and communication to help drive the Chief Operating Officers agenda, strategy, and global initiatives across multiple functions.
What is the job like

  • Help drive and project manage key initiatives across HR, Talent Acquisition, Corporate IT and REW across multiple businesses and geographies
  • Build reliable dashboards & reports that can help various functions take business decisions
  • Thought partner with leadership to develop relevant operating metrics, reporting them regularly and evaluating progress against them
  • Develop & maintain action trackers for the COO’s organization and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Help teams to develop OKRs and track progress against them
  • Evaluate & deploy tech platforms for digitizing the processes to create efficiency
  • Support the COO’s office in the annual strategic planning process for operating functions by acting as a project manager and ensuring alignment with the division and business leaders.
  • Build presentations and own content for events such as org-wide townhalls, annual strategy reviews, annual organizational events
  • Who should apply for this role

  • 4-5+ years of experience in program or project manager role
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Strong Analytical skills with experience in managing PM tools, Visualisation & Reporting tools
  • Motivated, self-directed individual that works well with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in organizational communication (internal and external)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to others write reports, business correspondence, project plans, procedural documents, and playbooks
  • Experience with budget management & reportingProven success in a project coordination role
  • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
  • Experience working directly with higher management/leadership team is desirable
  • Experience of working in a consulting organization is a plus.
  • Should have the experience in managing multiple projects with stringent deadlines and multiple stakeholders
