DESCRIPTION
An L5 CIM supports projects with visibility and scope across multiple business areas, regions and marketplaces demonstrating the ability to communicate and provide details on all aspects of a project, strong relationship management with Operations and across Amazon stakeholders.
Specific expectations for an L5 Selling Partner Support PM in Change Integration Management:
. You communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences including Directors and VPs. You foster a constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues (build consensus). You partner successfully with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
. You manage complex initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, new mechanisms, or deprecating processes that are no longer needed. These efforts require you to work with multiple teams in and/or across organizations.
. You understand the interdependencies of the business problems you help solve (e.g., aligned workflows, customer requirements, process limitations, legal or compliance requirements, program support, etc.). You influence team priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions. You are able to make a case for project priorities, resource (e.g., assign current employees to work on the project, budget, travel, etc.) allocation, and/or appropriate program adoption, to achieve a desired business outcome, resolve a deficiency, or unblock delivery.
. Manages escalations effectively across internal teams and stakeholders. Resolves complex issues in creative and effective ways with a demonstrated positive impact. Demonstrates good judgment in how and when to escalate.
. You actively participate in the hiring process as well as mentor others – improving their skills and ability to get things done.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
. Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
. 5+ years of experience in program or project management
. A Bachelor’s degree or higher
. Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
. Experience defining and executing against program requirements
. Minimum 5 years of experience in a program management role or similar along with project management and coordination experience. Two or more years of experience managing projects/programs and supporting change planning or similar roles.
. Minimum of 3 years managing teams.
. Bachelor’s degree in business, technical or related field.
. Demonstrated experience with full program lifecycle ownership, from development to launch to continuous improvement, reporting, measurement and innovation.
. Experience driving process improvements and managing global processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of Contact Centre Operations/All Channels/Change Management.
Ability to assess program or feature impacts on associates and selling partners.
Experience in readiness, communications and site launch planning
Familiarity with organizational process design
Ability to work cross functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Ability to understand abstract and complex data
Understanding of relational databases a plus.
