As a key member of the Global Support team you will be responsible for handling incidents & enhancement requests in the J2EE applications. You will be involved as a techno-functional expert in the end to end process of analyzing, solution, testing and delivering as per platform engineering standards and best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyzing everyday production support related issues and co-ordination with Business owners
• Fixing incidents following SLA process
• Capturing details, reporting, writing use cases and test cases
• Performing System Integration testing and coordinating with business owners for User acceptance testing and getting sign off
• Willing to work on shift basis.
• Support Biz users during Month end and quarter end activities
• Handling IT Change management process using Service Now tool
• Working with multiple IT teams on resolving/closing out issues proactively
• Preparing and reporting project performance metrics and KPIs
Experience:
Must have BS/MS CS/EE degree or equivalent with 4+ years of Techno functional Analyst in JAVA/J2EE application implementation and support.
Must Have:
• Strong functional knowledge and work experience in Business analysis
• Must be proficient in oracle sql, pl/sql.
• Excellent Analytical, Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Must be able to fix issues in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate & work with fellow team members and other functional team members to coordinate & meet deliverables
• Knowledge in Data Center Biz Process is an add-on
• Knowledge in Java /J2EE is an add-on
