In this role, you have the opportunity to
Coordinate the interaction with businesses and product teams to accelerate adoption ILS (Interoperability Language System) and use cases for Integration lab, working closely with core team in CAO.
You are responsible for
For driving the roadmap for adoption of ILS as an interoperability standard
For driving the roadmap for data and AI enablers For creating a pipeline/funnel of opportunities/use cases proactively working with the Research IPMs and Cluster/Business teams

  • Coordinate the interaction with businesses and product teams to accelerate adoption of ILS, HS Platforms, AI Tool suite and identify new use cases for Integration lab
  • Coordinate the quarterly ILS adoption tracking as part of the HSRA adoption process working closely with CAO
  • Facilitate the requirements collection for ILS from the adopting businesses and product teams and bring them in touch with the right ILS experts
  • Maintain the overview of existing ILS engagements and represent these on the ILS business roadmap
  • Represent ILS in the product management community
  • Coordinate and maintain the ILS marketing material including catalogs, websites and other publications
  • Act as ambassador of ILS and help promote ILS adoption and awareness creation

  • Contribute to and review the program vision, roadmap and content presentations.
  • Draft the team’s specific objectives for the program increment
  • Define iterations and stories for the team(s). Build, edit, review and reprioritize the team(s) backlog coordinating dependencies with other POs.
  • Define stories and provide input for user story details and priorities, establish story acceptance criteria, accepts stories into the baseline / the final iteration plan.
  • Support team(s) with their story estimates and sequencing. Facilitate and lead sprint planning and grooming sessions.
  • Manage content deliverables and dependencies to external suppliers
  • Facilitate inter-team dependencies in the respective sprints.
  • Contribute to the Work Breakdown Structure/ the planning process of his/her area.
  • Inspire other team members to get the job done

You are a part of
You will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders from multiple businesses to create and refine product backlog and realize the Product Roadmap. You serve as the customer proxy allocated to work with the program and development team(s), ensuring the quality and the delivery of the business critical and priority features to meet customer expectations across program increments
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering related discipline;
Overall 10+ years of which 5+ years in Product management
Demonstrated leadership in product development (taking products from conception to release), product management, project management, and stakeholder management required.
Self-starter with exceptional communication skills and data-driven mindset. Sound knowledge of data management, data interoperability standards is a must, with also a keen mindset to see things in an E2E perspective (eg. IVPs) Experience with product management in agile software development teams is a plus .
Experience in high-tech, healthcare/med-tech, Healthcare IT solutions businesses is a plus
