KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Product Level P%26amp;L for Mortgage loans
  • Drive Key business levers – Rates / Fees / Product Mix / Profile Mix
  • Drive business through campaigns, schemes, Offers, contests, distribution initiatives etc.
  • Optimise processes %26amp; drive automation/digitisation. Take up initiatives for Cost abatement.
  • Evaluate Upsell and Cross Sell / Bundling prospects
  • Manage Client Retention through value added offerings
  • Manage various Product Level Circulars – Pricing Policy
  • Handle OR, GIA and external auditors from time to time..
  • Represent SCB with Non Bank Financial Institutions to explore securitization prospects.
  • Ensure Portfolio Securitization from Financial Institutions as per the SCB Mortgage Corporate Plan
  • Create and drive revenue through profitable Securitisation deals
  • Ensure the desired Discipline is maintained post onboarding
