Responsibilities
– Leading the India Product team
– Creating a strategy and roadmap for career path of the product team members
– Collaborating and setting up all innovation teams for success by engaging with all team members
– Coaching and guiding the teams
– Create a long-term vision through research, including inspiring user and stakeholder engagement
– Own the product strategy and translate it into objectives for business, design, and development teams
– Establish a prioritized backlog aligned with the strategy and reinforced by development, testing, validation, and perpetual grooming, based on market climate and customer demand
– Deliver the product vision to exceed customer expectations through Lean Agile discipline and artifacts (e.g. user stories, features, releases)
– Mitigate risk through an evidence-based approach to decision making
– Support the needs of cross-functional teams to deliver desired results
– Work to improve team morale, cohesion and communication
– Be the leader that gets the job done
– Experience working on a senior leadership team
– Experience working a Lean Agile/Scrum environment with a clear understanding of its principles and philosophy
– Demonstrated proficiency in tools and frameworks that facilitate Lean Agile practices
– Has successfully incorporated UX / UI teams in the entire product lifecycle
– Has managed prioritization and trade-offs successfully to deliver value sooner
– Proven ability to define and deliver a minimum viable product
– Experienced in the end-to-end execution and delivery of entire product lines
– Experience working with engineers that continuously delivering features, bug fixes, and enhancements on a rapid cadence
– Ability to understand complex concepts and navigate through difficult situations with a positive way forward
Experience / Skills
