This is your role. What part will you play
- You have handled Inbound Calls and emails, assist Vendors/Suppliers with queries pertaining to Invoices On Line / EZ Suite Application
- First point of contact for Level 1 queries from the vendors end/ Siemens users with regards to the applications
- Co-ordination with Level 2, BA’s and other stake holders for providing appropriate resolution
- Excellent communication skills with neutral accent
- Timely response to queries from internal customers/ stakeholders.
- Participate actively in all the org level initiatives as well as employee engagement activities.
- You are a good team player and proactively initiate the process improvements

- You are Willing to do Night Shift

- You have Fluency in communication skills, written and verbal
- You have knowledge about MS Office applications
- Graduate (Any) B.com Preferable
- You have Knowledge or exposure to SAP is an added advantage.
- You have Excellent organization skills, and forward thinking
- You have Excellent customer service, Interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, quality and changed oriented with initiative and ability to learn.
