We are currently looking for Order Management Customer Services Support Operator to join our international order management process. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for customer order processing (products and systems), some logistics activities and taking part in shaping of a customer service model for the Europe region. · Change the future with us o Review open accounts for collection efforts and prepare the necessary templates and trackers for the collections initiative o Make outbound collection calls and/or correspondence for strategic accounts in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relation in a fast paced goal oriented collections department. o Reduce delinquency for assigned strategic accounts o Effectively track, report and resolve all outstanding disputed items o Follow and implement the company collections procedure o Ensure cash receipts are applied to the customer account by liasioning with the cash application team o Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with commercials, sales, technical and project teams o Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Cash Collections Department o Participate in team planning meetings o Meet defined department goals and activity metrics We don’t need superheroes, just super minds Bachelor’s degree or equivalent o Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English o Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions o Thrives in a team environment o Strong attention to detail, goal oriented o Commitment to excellent customer service o General Accounting Principles knowledge We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
