Role: Team LeadApplication Support
Location: Pune
Who are we looking for
A candidate with 8+ years’ experience in applications support and having expertise in ITRS Geneos tool to help us with maintaining and improving IT services we provide to our internal customers.
Technical Skills:
Candidate with valuable experience in ITRS Geneos, Unix (Shell Scripting), Middleware, Oracle, Db2, GIT/BitBucket
Expertise in ITRS Geneos configuration and implementing automation solutions.
Knowledge of packaging of the Net probes & Active Console in Geneos
Knowledge of dashboard implementation using GENEOS
Knowledge of ticketing tools (SharePoint, ServiceNow, HPSM, Alacrity etc.)
Basics of ITIL (incident, change and problem management)
Knowledge on Release Management, Problem Management and Capacity Management
Document solutions for knowledge-base and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team
Knowledge on Web servers(Tomcat, Apache, Web sphere, etc.) & Scheduling tools (Autosys, Control M etc.)
Knowledge of AppDynamics or Dynatrace will be an added advantage
Process Skills:
Capable of providing E2E monitoring solutions to the customer and stake holders by analyzing requirements
Capable of analyzing requirements andtroubleshoot applications issuesand implement break fixesas per definedSLA’s
Managed Service Delivery Manager:
Manage Offshore team resourcing as well as delivery to clients
Manage and execute projects in monitoring space (e.g. Automate manual monitoring tasks, Optimize monitoring s/noise)
Experience in Data Governance, developing advanced reports, dashboards & s to meet the requirements of key stakeholders
Behavioral Skills:
Dynamic team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Understand the client requirements,analyzeand translate them into a feasible solution
Demonstrate and articulatemonitoring enhancementsolutionsto the clients and prospects
Execute the Proof of Concept from initial installation through to client acceptance
Interact, co-ordinate with different teams and get the issue resolved on priority
Ability to work in APAC,EMEAand NAhours.
Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 8+ years of work experience in application support
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
