Your Impact
- Design, develop and implement highly scalable software features on our SDWAN solution
- Design and implementation of large distributed systems
- Database design and implementation for custom use cases, graph and time-series databases, in-memory databases
- Work with different development and quality assurances groups to achieve the best quality
- Suggest and implement improvements to the development process Work with DevOps and the Technical Support teams to troubleshoot customer issues
- Mentor and coach team members
Your Experience
- Career-level software development experience
- Strong leadership skills with a can-do attitude
- High energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys working with many different teams with strong collaboration and communications skills
- Experience building highly available, scalable and performant systems Fast learner and eager to absorb new emerging technologies
- Extensive hands-on programming skills in Java and Python
- Knowledge of multi-core/multi-process/multi-threaded programming
- Cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, GCE, Kubernetes Virtualization, such as ESXi, KVM, Hyper-V
- Experience with Large Scale Distributed systems with service oriented architecture
- Experience with building and running containerized applications in distributed environments such as kubernetesNetworking and Routing
- Experience with messaging infra like Kafka, AWS SQS
- Application layer protocol experience with one or more of the following HTTP, SMTP, SIP, etc.
- HTTP and web server backend development
- SDN (Software Defined Network)
- SQL or NoSQL database
- M.E./B.E. degree in Computer Science/Engineering
