The candidate we are looking for will be responsible to handle the full plantincluding expanded capacity. He will report to Mr. Rajesh & Madhur Gupta-Director of the company. Over a period of time he will be responsible for theprofitability of the plant .Age: 45 plus ,Salary negotiable with ESOP after 3 years of service Pluscompany accommodation near the plant .We are looking for someone with a strong administration background, notnecessarily from Sponge Iron Industry. He should be a very strongadministrator and should be able to handle the external environmentstrongly.We are looking for a technocommercial person .Industry from where preferred is steel, metals . However, we are alsoopen to looking at extraordinary candidates who have run medium plantsindependently in other industries . The candidate should give committed attention to the plant ensure propermaintenance, leading to rated performance of production.Once the Mine starts and cash flow increases the company will go to rapidexpansion and to reach plant capacity of 0.5 MT long productions and alsoexpand at Gadchiroli district where we have 100 acres of land. We intend toput a similar type of Sponge Iron and Captive Power Plant along with a pelletplant at Gadchiroli.
