Technical Skills requirement:-
• Should have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development and Administration.
• Should have worked on end to end Salesforce project implementation.
• Should have sound technical knowledge on Salesforce Skills like Apex Language, Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, DML Operations, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects,
Package Installations, Roles, Profiles, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, Page Layouts, Email Services and AppExchange Apex Data Loader.
• Experience in Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
• Develop, implement and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions and integrations.
• Experience in intuitive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
• Expertise in SFDC Administrative tasks and security model like creating Users, Roles, Profiles, Sharing Model (Organizational-wide defaults & Sharing rules) settings, Page Layouts, Email Services, Workflows, Validation rules, Reports and Dashboards.
• Experience in Live SalesForce.com coding (development) – Apex and Visualforce, Salesforce Integration, Maintenance/enhancements and the Lightning Component Framework.
• Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, APEX, Triggers and Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL, XMLJSON, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOAP and REST techniques;
• Aura Lightning Components.
• Working experience with code deployment methods like change sets, force.com IDE and ANT, Experience in Deployment process using Change Sets with a strong focus on the areas like Community Service cloud, Lightning platform, lightning web Platform developer,
APEX, Salesforce API and webservices.
• Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
• Salesforce API integration using REST, SOAP will be added advantage.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
• Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform
• Working knowledge of Jira or similar project management/issue tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
