Financial Responsibilities_Should be able to understand various business profiles of self-employed & non-professionals. End to end complete customer assessment by visiting his business place, residence and security proposed with ownership attitude, Understanding of inherent credit, collateral, operational and fraud risks, Good knowledge of legal documents and associated risk, Imparting regular training to sales team & credit team about product and policy and updating team about all relevant changes which can impact the customer repayment capacity and performance ability, Organizing and performing task within defined TAT for file processing. Good knowledge about technical valuation aspect of properties, Preparation of customer assessment Memo and cash flow analysis and bank statement analysis, Managing and complying Over the counter / post disbursal documents and ensuring compliance of company’s norms. Non-Financial Responsibilities_Handling team of credit managers in branches under given cluster. Ensuring proper and seamless operations at allotted branches. Ensuring that all team members have knowledge about company’s Policy and procedures for effective underwriting of proposal. Should be able to set culture of Risk vs reward while underwriting the transaction. Regular travel and touch base at the allotted branches and ensuring compliance of policies and procedures. Maintaining Portfolio MIS, Delinquency MIS and other operations related MIS of the cluster and regularly reporting the same. To be updated about local parameters such as legal /political/ industry demographics, To regularly update seniors about any local development which can be detrimental to franchise, Adhering to the company’s policies and ensuring compliance of the same. Supporting business team for seamless processing of the proposals. Positive approach with problem solving attitude, Keep close watch on Turnaround time for self and the team and ensure speed with accuracy. Compliance & Risk Responsibilities_PDD and Audit query resolution, Maintaining confidentiality of information gathered from clients. Maintaining confidentiality of company’s information – not to be shared with anybody out of office in any form (Verbal , written , mail or any other form), Safeguard of company assets provided for serving job responsibilities , like Identity Card , SIM, Marketing material , Computer Systems, Company provided Mobile and printer & Review of Early warning and Non Starter cases.
