Job Description:
Indicate min. five specific job responsibilities of this position, as distinct from those of the immediate superior and subordinates.
1.The interaction / Coordination with the Advocates in different Courts such as Labour Court, Criminal Court, Civil Court and Labour Tribunal Court, Labour office conciliation etc., to understand the Legal issues and propose solutions and solve the Legal issues from time to time. Represent in the Labour Court on behalf of company in the matters wherein there is no representation by Advocate in the Labour cases.
2.Ensure statutory compliances under various Labour / Industrial laws including Factory Act, Contract Labour Act and submission of returns on time for company and contractor.
3. Assist DH-ER / SH-ER and ensure periodical interaction with the Trade Unions, Workmen, Packing plant Loading Labours and other contract Labours to understand their issues and propose solutions.
4.Maintain and update Roznama and Compliance Manager System on time. Provide brief of cases in desired format and take initiatives for digitization as per requirement.
5.Liaison with Govt. authority RLC, LEO, State Labour Department and others stakeholders.
Qualifications:
LL.B / B.L.S.,Diploma in HRD&M
Minimum Experience Level:
5-10 Years
