Job Responsibility:
• Act as the point of contact for the Director among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage Director’s calendar, travel management and set up meetings
• Coordinate all operations, from sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to venue searches and bookings
• Planning and facilitating daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
• Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
