The Role Responsibilities

The Role Responsibilities
- Maintain and organise MD&rsquos calendar, schedule meetings, manage appointments etc.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, screen phone calls and redirect them as appropriate.
- Schedule Monthly Review Meetings, VCs and follow up meetings
- Collate and consolidate reports required by MD from the heads of departments within the team
- Maintain Biz files in an organised manner and assist with retrieval of documents as and when required.
- Assist with organisation of conferences, seminars, joint meetings, team events as and when required.
- Volunteer as a member of core team for CSR activities and actively participate/ support philanthropic /CSR activities organised by MD&rsquos office.
- Maintain up-to-date contacts and staff data.
- Facilitate relationship building by keeping track of various life events (such as birthdays, and other major milestones for team members.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, new hire orientations, on-boarding and terminations
- Act as a liaison with CRES on behalf of the WM team for all admin related issues including work stations space, allocation and other admin related issues.
- Manage office boys employed with the team coordinate with external agency with regards to admin issues/ salary/bonuses etc.
- Manage Vendors, vendor payments centrally and track/ ensure payment of vendor bills on a timely basis.
- Work on cost cutting measures by keeping a check on premises, telephone expenses, xerox, stationery expenses, travel, entertainment, etc.
- Ensure Travel Plans of the MD & one downs are as per policy and procure travel approvals as and when required
- Assist with travel bookings/hotel bookings for team as and when required
- Handle/ assist with Admin related issues for the team
