Required Skills :

Primarily responsible to lead end to end performance testing initiative throughout the agile delivery
model. The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of experience in performance testing and
benchmarking experience in web, mobile & API.

Mandatory Skills:

Key Technical Skills required, include but not limited to:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent or above.
• Ability to develop performance test scripts and benchmark using object oriented languages.
(Python, Scala, Java, etc.)
• Experience in continuous integration and performance testing of web, mobile & RESTful API
and performance tools/frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA & confluence
• Self-directed and capable of working in a dynamic and start-up-like environment.
• Experience in a high paced agile development environment.
• Familiarity with Git, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, JMeter, Gatling, Performance Centre – Load
Runner, Postman, Restassured, BDD, Java, Scala, json & Yaml.
• Relevant certificates like ISTQB will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities :

Key Tasks and Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
• Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Performance Strategy, Work Load Design, Test
Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management &
Configuration Management.
• Expertise in Performance Testing tools using JMeter / Performance centre / Gatling
• Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests. Monitor
application logs to determine system behaviour. Address all technical issues; facilitate the
resolution and necessary follow up with Development and other cross-functional
departments.
• Analyse the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB
Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.
• Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required
for validation and analysis.
• Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detail status reports, and monitoring
of all defects and issues.
• Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application.
• Strong problem solving skills and very good time management skills
