People Technology Specialist – Integrations

This position will support People Technology systems used globally within the organization. Primary focus will be supporting integration requests from Workday specifically in connecting 3rd party systems part of our global organization directly with worker data maintained within Workday.

This position will support People Technology systems used globally within the organization. Primary focus will be supporting integration requests from Workday specifically in connecting 3rd party systems part of our global organization directly with worker data maintained within Workday.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Serve as point of contact for Integration requests to automatically retrieve data within Workday for consumption in 3rd party systems including via EIB, API, RaaS, CloudConnect, etc.
- Partner with management to prioritize requests as it relates to full roadmap of deliverables
- Partner directly with business operations managers and system administrators to gather requirements for the integration needs and make recommendation for solutions
- Build, assign and test proper security required for establishing new integrations including creating ISSG, ISU and assigning domains as pertinent to each specific request
- Build and configure integrations from Workday to outbound recipients
- Support and troubleshoot existing integrations and serve as escalation point for any integration inquiries
- Identify new points for automation and proactively work to propose solutions to improve business operations through automation
Required Experience:
- Workday Certified Integration experience is a Plus
- Workday Studio
- XML
- HR business process knowledge
