Job Description :
Employees in scope would include Indian employees, International workers, Expats and ex-employees (as may be necessary) o Ensure Employee databases are maintained up to date o Ensure monthly PF, VPF and EPS contributions are done within prescribed timelines (this is company responsibility) o Ensure required statutory documentation / returns / filings to ensure compliance is done within required timelines with statutory authorities such as EPFO, IT etc., o Ensure timely inputs to ensure PF trust deed and rules are compliant and up to date o Ensure PF and EPS services such as generation of PF & EPS numbers, UAN generation & linkages, Updating KYC details, Voluntary PF enrolments, transfer ins, transfer outs, settlements, loans, account statements etc., are delivered to employees and ex-employees as per agreed SLAs and in line with RPFC rules
o Ensure closure of Gratuity Trust accounting on timely basis & as per the requirement of authorities o Provide monthly trial balances, monthly bank statements, BRS and quarterly financial statements o Provide financial data including member reconciliations of quarterly basis.
