Role:
• Managing Guests
• Serving tea and coffee
• Maintaining Pantry
• Responsible for handling the operation of the front office.
• Serving visitors (providing water, tea, coffee etc.)
• Serving staffs (providing water, tea, coffee, lunch etc.)
• Administrative helper.
• Making Tea and Coffee
• Cleaning and upkeep of the office daily.
• Handling pantry operations.
• Taking care of the reception.
• Promptly providing water/tea /coffee to visitors whenever required.
• Taking visitors and employees to the concerned department in the office.
• Coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment and office supplies.
• Serving food to Managing Director and Vice President
• Should have a knowledge Food Handling, Heating, preparing Tea/Coffee.
• Should be able to use Microwave and Oven
• Should keep Kitchen Clean
• Maintaining food items record in kitchen
• Cleaning of office in free time – Dusting, Moping, Bathroom Cleaning
• Waiting till Managing Director leave the office.
