OSSC CGL Exam Pattern 2023

OSSC CGL Exam Pattern 2023 includes the Pattern of Exam Prelims and Mains Exam. There will be objective types of questions asked in OSSC CGL Prelims Exam and Mains Exam will consist of objective type questions as well as short answer types questions.

OSSC CGL Exam Pattern 2023 for Prelims Exam

  1. Objective Types Questions will be asked in OSSC CGL Exam 2023 and there will be 150 questions.
  2. Each question carries 1 mark
  3. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
  4. Preliminary exam will be conducted in Online mode.
  5. Questions asked will be of 10th class level.
  6. Time duration for the OSSC CGL Prelims Exam will be 2.5 hours.

OSSC CGL Exam Pattern 2023 for Mains Exam

  1. There will be 2 papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) for OSSC CGL Mains Exam.
  2. Objective type questions and short answer type questions will be asked in Paper 1 & Paper 2.
  3. Each paper will be of 100 marks and the total marks will be 200.
  4. Time duration for the OSSC CGL Mains Exam will be 2.5 hours.
