Essential Skills : OTBI, Oracle HCM BI Publisher reports, Oracle HCM Fusion, Core HR including salary and elements, BI Publisher, Advanced SQL, HR Analytics and RTF
Experience – 4 to 10 Years

  • Significant experience (5-10 years’) producing Oracle HCM BI Publisher reports, utilizing differing reporting templates to support the presentation of information in RTF, xls, doc and other formats.
  • Experience with the bursting and scheduling of reports as well as the different options available to present reports and dashboards to end user roles within the application.
  • Knowledge of OTBI and how to leverage its functionality.
  • Experience of writing reports containing data points from the Core HR module of HCM including salary and payroll element data. Preferably also experience writing reports with one or more of ORC, OLC, Absence, OTL, Talent
  • Knowledge of how to align reporting to the HR Security model to ensure the privacy of data is maintained across the reporting solution.
  • University Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, Math, Business Analytics, Quantitative Business Analysis, or related field preferred.
  • SQL proficiency, MS Excel proficiency

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where change is constant
