• Functional Knowledge of CC&B Modules.
• Good oral & written communication skills.

• SPOC for 10-12 Zonal offices (branches).

• Would be required to visit the assigned zones on monthly or on need basis.
• Resolve queries of zonal staff regarding Incorrect billing and other configuration issues.
• Coordinate with Network & FMS teams to resolve the other infrastructure related issues at the ZROs.
• Requirement gathering for upcoming changes.
• Managing collection module & Recon.
