1. Operations Managers/Asst Managers at Fancymonk work in various teams:
a. Supply Growth – Ensures to build the supplier/caterer community for
Fancymonk.
b. Supply Engagement – Ensures suppliers adhere to service levels for our
clients.
c. Pilot/Launch team – Plans launches of new clients with reporting
management and ensures smooth and robust end-to-end execution.
d. Client engagement team – Ensures Client expectations are met, solves
issues with a root cause analysis approach, retains the client and looks for
opportunities to grow our business within the client premises or through their
references.
Note: The candidate will have frequent visits to Client and Supplier locations
for meetings. He must have access to a two-wheeler at-least.
